Upon receiving your Password Request form, F&M
Bank will complete your account access activation. Based upon your choice to
either mail or fax your completed Password
Request Form, account access activation may take from 1 to 5 business days.
Once your account access has be activated you can
call the PhoneBanc24 system by dialing
(918) 748-4300. You will be prompted by the system for the following
information:
Account Number
This will be the account number for checking, savings, IRA, CD or Loan
Account Type
You will be prompted to indicate if the account is a Checking, Savings, IRA, CD
or Loan
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
This is the 4 digit password you requested in Step 1:
Request a Password
The PhoneBanc24 system will
prompt you through a series of option menus. By following these menus you can
conduct virtually any type of banking task. At any time, the "0" on your
touch-tone
phone will give you access to a Customer Service Representative if the time of
your call is during business hours.
As part of your initial login to PhoneBanc24 it is
recommended that you take the opportunity to change your password/PIN from the 4
digit password you requested in Step 1:
Request a Password to a new password/PIN of your choice. This new
password/PIN can be from 4 to 6 numeric characters in length.
