To use PhoneBanc24 you are required to tell us what password you want to use as part of your initial login.

This process allows you the ability to completely control access to the system.  This initial password will be a 4 digit, numeric password.  Following receipt of this password, specially trained F&M Bank staff will activate your account.  As a security feature, until you complete this process, your account cannot be accessed electronically by you or anyone else.
