Important Information:
NetBanc24 and PhoneBanc24 are available for personal accounts only.  For commercial customers interested in our commercial online banking product, DirectConnect, please contact LaDonna Parks at 918-748-7184. 

This form will allow F&M Bank to set your initial password for the PhoneBanc24 automated telephone banking system.  In addition, this password will be used as your initial password for the NetBanc24 online banking system.

Password Requirements:

- It is strongly suggested that you change your password following your initial login to the PhoneBanc24 system.  For this reason, select a password that will be used only during your initial login session and then change your password to your preferred password for future use.
- Make your initial password easy to remember, but not something that would be easily guessed as in 1234 or 1111.
- An initial password of 0000 (all zeros) is not allowed.
