To enroll in PhoneBanc24, you will need to complete the
PhoneBanc24 Access Code Request Form to create your four-digit PhoneBanc24 access code. Upon receipt of your request, specially trained F&M Bank staff will activate your account. As a security feature, your account cannot be accessed electronically by you or anyone else until the process is complete. Please note that the process may take one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on whether you mail or fax the Access Code Request Form.
