Important Notice to Customers

Notice to F&M CheckCard Holders,

The F&M Bank & Trust Company ("F&M") has been notified that there has been a significant increase in fraudulent activity affecting banks throughout the country. Your CheckCard might be one of those compromised. Consequently, we have restricted the maximum daily usage limit for cardholders conducting CheckCard transactions in certain areas where fraud activity has been particularly concentrated. ATM transaction limits have not been changed. Please understand that activities resulting in this investigation did not occur at, nor could they have been prevented by F&M.

Please remember, with our CheckCard Zero Liability policy, you have protection from loss through unauthorized transactions.1 Should any unauthorized transaction occur, please notify us immediately by calling Customer Service at 918-748-4042, and we will work to refund the total amount of the unauthorized charges. You may also use this number to contact us with any questions you may have about this notice.

F&M Bank subscribes to the service "FraudWatch Plus" to assist with fraud detection. Nonetheless, we encourage you to review your account activity and report any suspicious activity immediately. You may monitor your account activity online through NetBanc24. You may also monitor your activity by phone through PhoneBanc24 at 918-748-4300 or 214-780-2024.

Individual provisional credit amounts are provided on a provisional basis and may be withheld, delayed, limited, or rescinded by your issuer based on factors such as gross negligence or fraud, delay in reporting unauthorized use, investigation and verification of claim and account standing and history. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Transaction at issue must be posted to your account before provisional credit may be issued. Please consult us for specific restrictions, limitations and other details. Your account is also governed by the terms and conditions of other applicable agreements between you and F&M.
