Collection of Funds
Collection of Funds can be facilitated by way of Lockbox services as well as Cash Concentration using F&M Bank's DirectConnect Program.
Lockbox

Cash Concentration
Utilizing F&M's DirectConnect program, corporate customers can concentrate funds back to F&M Bank utilizing the Automated Clearing House (ACH). Organization of ACH debit items allows corporate customers to transfer funds from outlying banks to F&M Bank on an automated basis. Typical customers for cash concentration include retail stores, branches, franchise locations or other multiple-outlet facilities. Once the deposit information is available, utilizing DirectConnect, the customer can initiate, in their office, the ACH debits and process the transfer back to F&M Bank. Funds received at F&M Bank are inevitable upon receipt if received via ACH.
